This Privacy Policy describes how the Casino 9 mobile application ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. Casino 9 is a free-to-play social casino game that uses virtual chips only.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address or payment details.

• Usage and analytics data. We use Firebase Analytics (a Google service) to collect anonymised information about how the App is used — for example which games are played, session length, device model, operating system version, language and approximate region. This data helps us understand how the App performs and improve it.
• Device identifiers. Firebase may collect device-level identifiers (such as an app-instance ID) for analytics and push-notification delivery. These identifiers are not linked to your real-world identity by us.
• Push notification token. If you allow notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging generates a token for your device so we can send you reminders and reward notifications. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings.
• Profile photo. If you choose to set a profile photo using your camera or photo library, the image is stored locally on your device only. It is never uploaded to our servers or shared with anyone.
• Game progress. Your virtual chip balance, rewards and game statistics are stored locally on your device.

2. How We Use Information

• To operate the App and remember your game progress on your device.
• To understand aggregate usage and improve gameplay, balance and stability.
• To deliver push notifications you have opted into (such as daily reward reminders).
• To remotely configure game parameters (via Firebase Remote Config) so we can tune the experience without requiring an update.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services provided by Google:

• Firebase Analytics — anonymised usage analytics.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notification delivery.
• Firebase Remote Config — remote game configuration.

4. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not collect real names, email addresses, contacts or precise location.
• We do not process real-money payments or gambling transactions — the App uses virtual chips with no cash value.
• We do not upload your photos; profile pictures remain on your device.

5. Data Retention

Game progress and profile photos live on your device and are removed when you delete the App. Aggregated analytics data is retained by Firebase according to its standard retention settings and is not personally identifiable to us.

6. Children's Privacy

Casino 9 is intended for adults aged 18 and over (rated 17+ on the App Store). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the App, please contact us and delete the App from the device.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete data concerning you (for example under GDPR or CCPA). Because we hold no account data and analytics is anonymised, most data can be removed simply by deleting the App. For any request or question, contact us at the address below.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
