These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Casino 9 mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Nature of the App — No Real-Money Gambling

• Casino 9 is a free-to-play social casino game for entertainment purposes only.
• All chips, coins, jackpots and rewards in the App are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or services, and cannot be cashed out, transferred or sold.
• No real-money wagering takes place in the App. Nothing in the App constitutes gambling, betting or a lottery.
• Success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 18 years or older. By using the App you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The App is not directed at children.

3. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for your private, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

4. Virtual Chips

• Virtual chips are granted through gameplay, daily rewards and bonuses.
• You have no property interest in virtual chips; they are a limited license feature of the App.
• We may adjust, reset or remove virtual chip balances, game odds, rewards or features at any time as part of game balancing and updates.
• Virtual chips are lost when you delete the App and are not recoverable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the App for any unlawful purpose;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative works of the App;
• use cheats, exploits, automation or unauthorised third-party software with the App;
• misrepresent the App as a real-money gambling product.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all of its content — including graphics, artwork, sounds, music, text and software — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

7. Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or virtual items, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App.

10. Responsible Play

Although no real money is involved, we encourage you to play in moderation. If you feel that gaming is affecting your wellbeing, consider taking a break or seeking support from organisations such as the National Council on Problem Gambling.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
